Privacy policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy covers the website classmgt.com and the mobile app Maestro Class Management (iPhone, iPad and Android). Maestro is a management system for schools — music schools, art studios and other schools with private and group lessons.

Who is responsible for your data

Each school that uses Maestro decides what data it keeps about its students, parents and instructors. The school is responsible for that data. Maestro (operated by Rabeh Mansour) stores and processes the data on the school's behalf, only to run the service.

Data in the app

Accounts are created by the school; there is no public sign-up. The app shows and stores:

Card numbers are never entered in the app. Online payments happen on the payment provider's secure page. The app does not collect your location, your contacts, health data or browsing history, and it contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.

Data from the website

The "Request a demo" form collects your name, business name, phone, email and message. We use them only to answer your request. The site stores no cookies beyond your language choice.

How the data is used and shared

How long data is kept

Data is kept while your school uses Maestro, and afterwards as long as the law requires (for example receipts and accounting records).

Your rights and deleting your account

You may see and correct your details in the app (Profile), and ask for a copy of your data or for your account and data to be deleted. Send the request to your school, or to us through the contact form or WhatsApp. Records that the law requires us to keep (such as receipts) are kept until that period ends.

Children

Students may be children. Their accounts are created by the school, usually with a parent's consent, and their data is used only for their lessons.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
